2020 Season Update

Hello Little League families!

Yesterday was a big day for our organization and we are very excited to share the news with you.

As you may know, the governor announced yesterday that Phase 2 in Montana will officially start on June 1. What this means for Beaverhead Little League is that we are allowed to start games at that time. We do not have game schedules figured out quite yet, but when we do, you will get a notification from our website or on your Team Manager App.

We also received confirmation yesterday that we were awarded a grant through the State of Montana as a nonprofit organization. We applied for this grant with one goal in mind; to give back to all of the families that have supported us. Beaverhead Little League will be refunding all registration fees to kids that are participating for the 2020 season. Fees will also be waived for anyone that wishes to register and have not yet done so. We are able to accept new registrations until the end of May.

We are awaiting the funds from the state, and when they are received, we will start working through all of our registrations. If you paid with a card, you will be refunded via that same card. If you paid via check, we will write you a check. Please keep in mind that when you registered, or when you do register, there is a non-refundable $3 service charge per family unit that allows us to use the website, online tools and app every year.

If you wish to donate your registrations fees to our league, please let us know. Any registration fees that get donated for the 2020 season will be allocated to our Ray Lynch Project and you will received a tax deductible donation receipt.

This year has definitely been unique and very hard on everyone, but this has been especially hard on our kids. We hope that Little League will be a chance for the kids to get outside, get some exercise, and have some fun. We could all use a little happy right now.
